Option 1: Payment in Advance with a 7% discount For treatments costing $1,000.00 or more you receive a 7% discount when pre-payment is made in full. We suggest you send in your payment one week, or sooner, before your scheduled appointment. Option 2: Pay as you go
You make payments during the service period by setting up a payment plan using a credit card.However, if you pay by cash or check at the time of service you will receive a 5% discount.
Option 3: In House Financing On Approved Credit (OAC). Upon credit approval, we can tailor a plan to meet your financial needs with low finance rates.
Option 4: Citi Health Card or CareCredit Card
Our office accepts the Citi Health Card and the CareCredit Card.
